Description
The parish Business Administrator works closely with the pastor of the parish and principal of the school to steward the gifts the Lord has given us for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Oversees the administration of the parish to ensure its congruency with the parish’s mission and the pastor’s stated intentions. Oversees the financial processes of the parish, parish operations, and parish property. Manages human resources, employment procedures of the parish. Provides a responsive administrative liaison between the pastor and all staff. Assists with strategic planning.

Qualifications
- Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church, with a demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Church and full assent to the Church’s magisterium.
- Demonstrated professional experience in business, management, finance, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Prior experience working for a Catholic parish preferred.
- Must satisfactorily pass criminal background checks and credit reports.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, work in non-ADA accessible buildings, go up and down steps, and work for long periods of time when needed.
