Tri-Parish Business Administrator

Support the ministry of the pastor by overseeing and working in the administration of the tri-parish community of St. Mary in New Trier, St. John the Baptist in Vermillion, and St. Mathias in Hampton to ensure its congruency with the parish's mission and the pastor's stated intentions.  Oversees and engages in the financial processes of the tri-parish, manages tri-parish properties, manages office and employment procedures, serves as safe environment coordinator in a manner that supports the work of the pastor and enables all parish ministries including St. John's School to function effectively.

Ideal candidate should have strong organization and administration skills and be service oriented with good people skills.  This role will also require strong technology and bookkeeping skills along with being a motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.  Candidates are invited to request a copy of the complete position description by emailing tixm@archspm.org.
