Do you have a heart for service, a talent for building relationships, and a passion for helping people grow in their faith? Our parish is seeking a dedicated, bilingual leader to serve as our Parish & Latino Ministry Coordinator a key role that connects parishioners, ministry leaders, clergy, volunteers, and the broader community.
This position is much more than administration. You will help create welcoming experiences, strengthen parish ministries, support families during important life moments, and foster meaningful engagement across our diverse faith community.

What You'll Do
Ministry Leadership & Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between our Latino Ministry, clergy, and parish staff.
- Support ministry leaders with planning, scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with clergy to develop and expand ministry and faith formation opportunities.
- Assist families with funerals and other pastoral needs.
- Coordinate visitation ministry efforts for parishioners unable to attend Mass in person.
- Support liturgical and ministry needs through purchasing and resource coordination.
- Support funeral luncheon teams and various parish ministry groups.
Parish Administration
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for parishioners and visitors.
- Coordinate the parish master calendar and coordinate building use.
- Schedule and support liturgical volunteers, including greeters, lectors, ushers, and other ministries.
- Prepare parish communications, flyers and event materials.
- Assist clergy with scheduling and calendar management.
Community Engagement
- Partner with Stewardship and Evangelization efforts to strengthen parish involvement.
- Help coordinate annual fundraising and community-building initiatives.
- Represent the parish at Archdiocesan and local community events.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, inclusion, and service throughout parish life.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
- Fluency in Spanish or strong conversational Spanish skills.
- Administrative or ministry leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a 30-hour-per-week, benefits-eligible position offering:
