Description
St. Michael Catholic School is seeking a mission-driven, organized, and tech-savvy professional to support clear communication, family engagement, and collaborative support across our Catholic school community. This important support role will partner with the administrative team and other key function areas to help our community thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate professional communications to families (newsletters, flyers, event reminders, weekly updates)
- Create promotional materials and maintain the school website and social media
- Support technology platforms, NPSP/Salesforce database accuracy, and staff tech assistance
- Provide organizational and administrative support for school projects, volunteers, and events
- Assist with fundraising communications and strengthening community connections
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility
- Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Salesforce/NPSP, Soapbox Engage or similar)
- Collaborative, professional team player
- Genuine desire to support the mission of Catholic education
