Business Teacher

About the Role

The Business Teacher will deliver engaging, relevant instruction in business-related coursework that helps students develop financial literacy, ethical decision-making, and career readiness. This role plays a key part in fostering academic excellence while integrating Catholic values into classroom instruction.

What You’ll Do

• Teach courses such as Business, Personal Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or Entrepreneurship
• Create engaging lessons that connect real-world business concepts to ethical leadership and Catholic values
• Run our DECA program
• Support and mentor students in academic and career development
• Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a strong school community

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Education, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Teaching license or ability to obtain licensure (per school/diocesan requirements)
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
• Strong communication skills and a passion for student success

• High school teaching experience
• Experience teaching business-related coursework
• Willingness to support or moderate business-related clubs or activities
