Parish Secretary

Saint Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale is seeking a part-time Parish Secretary. This is a 20-21 hour-per-week position, Tuesday - Thursday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating the weekly parish bulletin, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining parish and sacramental records, coordinating funerals and weddings, and supporting the day-to-day work of the clergy, parish groups, and parish life. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, discreet with confidential information, and comfortable with basic office software. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.
