Music Teacher

Holy Cross Catholic School in Webster, Minnesota is seeking a passionate, faith-filled Music Teacher part-time for the 2026-27 school year to foster a love of music and liturgical tradition in our preschool through 8th grade students. Candidates should have strong classroom management, and a commitment to Catholic education.

We are looking for a dedicated Music Teacher to join our faculty, focusing on creating a joyful, prayerful, and educational musical experience for students. We have many music resources including a number of classroom sets of various types of instruments. This position is currently 22 hours per week. However, there is opportunity for full-time if combined with an office assistant position two days per week. The music position could also be two days per week if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching general music classes
• Prepare students for weekly school liturgies, Advent and Spring concerts.
• Provide a safe, positive classroom environment that fosters musical excellence and character development.

• Practicing Catholic preferred, with a strong understanding of Catholic teachings and liturgical life
• Ability to lead, encourage, and educate children
• Teaching experience a plus but not required
