Support & Develop Staff

• Mentor and encourage teachers

Build Relationships with Families

• Welcome new families into the school community
• Communicate regularly and positively
• Lead tours, events, conferences, and open houses
• Create meaningful family engagement opportunities

Bring Catholic Identity to Life

• Celebrate feast days and liturgical seasons
• Integrate prayer, virtues, and faith into daily life
• Help children encounter Jesus through joyful experiences

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minnesota Early Childhood licensure or equivalent credentials
• 3–5 years of early childhood experience
• Knowledge of Minnesota licensing requirements
• Practicing Catholic committed to Catholic education
