Qualifications
- 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience
- previous supervisor experience
- skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical repair and the use of small hand tools and power tools.
- Has a special class boilers license (or ability to obtain one)
- knowledge of OSHA/EPA rules and regulations including familiarity with chemicals, blood borne pathogens, fire and safety codes.
- Ability to operate and repair equipment such as lawn mowers, floor cleaners, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions.
- Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs safely.
