Description
This part-time position is responsible for coordinating the school lunch program for the 2026-27 school year. This includes coordinating all aspects of planning, preparation and service of food for the lunch program. Candidate will need to obtain food manager certification. This is a part-time, up to 30 hour/week, 10-month position. $20-25 an hour based on experience.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the menu and make adjustments as necessary.
- Experience with vendor-management.
- Direct staff and volunteers to best assist in food production, serving and clean up.
- Inventory kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Have a current Food Services Manager and Serv Safe Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to connect, collaborate, and work with others as a team.
