Extended Day Assistant

Transfiguration Catholic School in Oakdale is seeking a joyful and energetic extended day assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position provides care for students enrolled in the extended day program. Responsibilities include: student supervision, organizing/assisting with age-appropriate activities, and cultivating a supportive environment that complements our academic day. 

This is a part-time, Monday-Friday 2:30-5:30 pm position. Hours will vary depending on program needs and student enrollment.  

Transfiguration Catholic School is close-knit parish school.  Student formation is central to our mission - To lead all those in the East Metro to Christ, the Source and Summit of our daily and eternal lives. 

• 18 or older
• Demonstrate an understanding and acceptance of Catholic doctrine, along with a commitment to the mission of Transfiguration.
• Experience caring for/working with children. 
• Successfully complete the Essential 3 requirements – Virtus training, background check, and Code of Conduct. 
• Work in partnership with the broader school and parish staff to further the mission of Transfiguration and the formation of students. 
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
