Director of School Operations

The Director of School Operations is responsible for the operational oversight and management of non-academic services related to day-to-day running of Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School. Achieving effective and efficient operations requires the Director of School Operations to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for school-wide technology and other asset management, building scheduling and maintenance, extracurricular activities, emergency and security procedures, and personnel management.

Must be an active, practicing Catholic

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree

Experience and demonstrated success in operations, preferably in a school setting.

Knowledge of Archdiocesan policies regarding Catholic schools standards, personnel management, financial controls, insurance requirements and reporting.

Ability to communicate effectively with Nativity of Our Lord students, parents, staff, administration and the parish community.

Strong verbal communication skills 

Work effectively and be able to maintain a collegial atmosphere with all members of our school and parish staff
