Preschool Aide/CGS Catechist

St. Timothy's Catholic School in Maple Lake, Minnesota is now accepting applications for a Preschool Aide/CGS Catechist for the 2026-27 school year.   We are a vibrant, joyful Catholic School with approximately 160 students.  Our Catholic mission permeates everything we do. We are looking for a joyful, motivated educator who understands the formative needs of young preschoolers.  Training as a CGS catechist is available and this position can be separated as a stand alone position (just 4-6 hours per week though). To make the job approach full-time, one or two days of morning or afternoon Saints Club (extended care) is necessary.

ApproachingFTE (Full Time Equivalent) 40 hours per week--with the added duties.  Workdays and scheduled hours to be determined based upon program needs.  Work schedule to follow the St.  Timothy Academic Calendar or as assigned by school administration.

Experience in and/or training for an educational setting is preferred as well as an understanding of the mission of a traditional Catholic school.  The candidate will need to be able to take directions from and collaborate with the classroom teacher as well as  help students work towards the completion stated curricular goals.
