Summer Camp Assistant Teacher

St. Bartholomew Catholic School, Wayzata

St. Bart's School is seeking assistant teachers for our summer camp program.

36 hours per week 

Schedule:  Monday-Friday  8:00am - 5:00pm

June 15 - August 14, full and part-time hours available

Serving students in Grades K-5, summer camp program, is a safe, enjoyable environment. A successful candidate will enjoy elementary age children and provide care for kids during the summer. Summer camp offers students themed weeks, active play time, games, crafts, quiet time, snack time and indoor/outdoor activities and multiple field trips to awesome locations around the Twin Cities.

• At least 18 years old (required)
• Experience working with children (preferred)
• The ability to implement effective classroom management strategies.
• Familiarity with google and other software applications
• Effective oral communication skills
• Able to take initiative while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Integrity in handling confidential and/or sensitive information and situations.
