Title: Long-Term Substitute Preschool Teacher (4-Year-Old Classroom) April–May 2026

Do you love creating joyful, faith-filled learning experiences for young children? Our Lady of Grace Preschool is seeking a nurturing and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our community as a Long-Term Substitute in our 4-year-old classroom during April and May 2026.

This position offers a smooth and supported transition, beginning with time in early April to shadow the current teacher, build relationships with students and families, and become familiar with classroom routines. You’ll step into a well-established program with strong leadership, collaborative colleagues, and a welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Plan and implement daily lessons that support early childhood learning and Catholic values
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive guidance of all students
• Foster open, positive communication with parents and staff
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to maintain a joyful, structured classroom

• Must meet MN Rule 3 Teacher qualifications
• Minnesota Preschool Teaching License preferred
• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for teaching young children
• Strong classroom management and organization skills
• Commitment to modeling and teaching the Catholic faith
• Completion of background check, code of conduct, and VIRTUS training
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within the first 90 days of employment
