St. Hubert Catholic Community is seeking a reliable, energetic Facilities Support team member to help ensure our church and school remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives in a collaborative, faith‑centered environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the daily facility needs of the church, school, and all St. Hubert properties
  • Assist with cleaning, room setups, space turnovers, and special project work
  • Complete maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, assembling equipment, minor repairs, and moving furniture
  • Help maintain exterior grounds—including mowing, trimming, sweeping, and snow removal
  • Operate custodial and maintenance equipment (vacuums, floor machines, lifts, etc.)
  • Maintain building security, including locking up and arming the facility as requested
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Lead to ensure work orders and ministry needs are completed

Location: St. Hubert Catholic Community – Chanhassen, MN
Schedule: Full-time (32-40 hrs/week), benefits eligible

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in custodial or facility support preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and building maintenance
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs
  • Commitment to professionalism and respect for Catholic values (position does not require being Catholic)
