Coordinator of Faith Formation – High School and Young Adults

St. Edward Catholic Church is seeking a Coordinator of Faith Formation to lead our high school youth ministry, Confirmation program, and emerging young adult outreach. This role is ideal for a relational, faith filled leader who loves building authentic relationships and creating programs that truly inspire discipleship.

What We’re Looking For

• Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the Church’s mission
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, education, or related field
• Experience (professional or volunteer) in youth or faith formation
• Warm, relational presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as ministry requires
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading volunteers
