Description

Providence Academy seeks a motivated self-starter and collaborative team member to join the Admissions Team.  The Admissions Associate drives new family recruitment, guides prospective students and families from initial inquiry through enrollment, and serves as a key representative of Providence Academy’s mission and values. This role is central to the growth of the school and requires someone who takes initiative, works proactively across departments, and brings a genuine sales mindset to building a mission-aligned community.

Role Overview
Drive student enrollment by managing the full family journey from first inquiry to signed contract, combining consultative sales skills with genuine mission alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Enrollment & Sales
Proactively prospect and convert leads through outreach, community engagement, and consistent follow-up. Set and track personal enrollment goals and report on pipeline metrics.

Family Experience
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact — conducting tours, interviews, and entrance assessments while guiding families through each step of the admissions process with care and urgency.

Collaboration
Partner with the Dean of Admissions, Marketing, Advancement, and faculty to deliver a seamless, mission-consistent experience and align on school-wide enrollment strategy.

Administration & Data
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce/Veracross a plus), manage admissions event logistics, and own office workflows with minimal supervision.

Additional
Availability for some evenings/weekends for community events and school activities required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in sales, admissions, recruiting, or a measurable customer-facing role. Alignment with Providence Academy's mission and values essential.

Skills
Proven sales abilities including pipeline management, follow-up, and closing. Strong self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
