Facilities and Cemetery Lead

St. Hubert Catholic Community is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the care and maintenance of our parish, school, and cemetery facilities. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a heart for service in a faith-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the Facilities and Custodial teams
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs for all campus buildings and grounds
• Oversee cemetery operations, including sales and family support
• Coordinate vendors, capital projects, and long-term planning
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our community

Location: St. Hubert Catholic Community
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), benefits eligible

• Experience in building maintenance and equipment repair
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and operating maintenance equipment
