Description

Greet visitors and answer phone.
Create and submit weekly bulletin.
Manage parish database.
Manage sacramental records.
Post donor contributions.
Maintain parish bulletin boards.
20-26 hours a week, flexible hours.

Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant provides general support for the pastor and parish staff; provides a professional and pastoral presence to the parish community; aids communication between clergy, staff and parish members; and extends hospitality to all callers and visitors in a courteous, efficient and responsible manner using exceptional communication skills and strong computer skills while maintaining confidentiality.
