Description
We are looking for someone who can work in the buildings and on the ground to ensure the completion of custodial activity with flexibility, courtesy and efficiency. Be a living example of our parish mission to “live and share Christ’s call to holiness”.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Cleaning - Primary: Basic daily cleaning for campus buildings
- Regular floor waxing –Annually or biannually
- Seasonal Grounds: - As time allows: Lawn care, shoveling to open access points
- Additional Duties – As assigned according to mutual collaboration and workload
Qualifications
- One year's experience in a maintenance / custodial position (preferred but not required)
- Special Boiler license or ability to get this license (not required)
- Self-motivated worker
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Collaborative spirit
