St. Hubert Catholic Community is seeking a passionate, faith-filled High School Youth Minister to lead evangelization and discipleship efforts for high school youth. This role is central to forming young disciples through welcoming, engaging, and Catholic-centered programs that help teens encounter Jesus Christ and remain active in parish life.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, plan and execute regular programming for high school youth ministry, such as small groups, retreats, mission trips, camps, conferences, and special events. This includes but is not limited to:
- YDisciple Small Groups
- High School Youth Nights
- High School trips, such as Mission Trip, Winter Faith Camp, Steubenville Conference
- Build meaningful relationships with teens and foster a culture of belonging and discipleship
- Collaborate with middle school youth ministry on programs that span across both middle and high schoolers, such as Totus Tuus, Legacy Team, Halftime and Extreme Faith Camp
- Advocate and represent the high school youth perspective in matters relating to the whole parish, serving as a resource to parish staff and leadership
- Recruit, train, and support adult volunteers and catechists
- Encourage youth involvement in the broader parish community

Location: St. Hubert Catholic Community – Chanhassen, MN
Schedule: Full-time (32 hours/week), 12 months, benefits eligible
Salary Range: $37,500 – $43,000 (commensurate with experience)
Reports to: Director of Faith Formation
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field preferred
- Experience in youth ministry, faith formation, or evangelization
- Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
