Position Overview

DeLaSalle High School is committed to providing a transformative Catholic, Lasallian education rooted in personal relationships, respect for the dignity of every individual, and a strong sense of community. We work collaboratively with students and families, recognizing their unique circumstances and addressing financial challenges with compassion, professionalism, and accountability.

The Islander Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization that supports DeLaSalle students and families through philanthropic and corporate partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer opportunities. Through partnerships with local organizations and event venues, the Foundation coordinates volunteer activities that generate financial support for its programs. Eligible participating volunteers may apply for grants to help offset tuition and other educational expenses in accordance with established Foundation policies.

The Tuition Accounts and Foundation Coordinator serves as a key liaison among DeLaSalle High School, the Islander Foundation, and the families they serve. Working collaboratively with school and Foundation leadership, the Coordinator supports tuition account management, assists families in understanding financial obligations, and facilitates access to appropriate Foundation programs and volunteer opportunities. The position balances responsible financial stewardship with the compassion, dignity, and personal relationships central to DeLaSalle’s Lasallian mission.

This position supports both organizations, with responsibilities generally allocated equally. The employee reports to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborates with the Director of the Islander Foundation on Foundation-related work. Priorities, scheduling, and performance expectations are coordinated through the direct supervisor.
