Description
Are you fervent about inspiring young minds? Would you like to help young learners grow and aide them in reaching their full potential? St Mark's is seeking a teacher for our 3 year old Program and a teacher for our Pre-K program.
You will be responsible to lead and manage a classroom ensuring a safe, welcoming, loving and enriching environment. Implementing age appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum goals and encourage children's social emotional and cognitive development.
You will observe and assess children's progress identifying needs and strategies for children's growth. Partner and connect with parents for the growth of the child. Maintain a neat and tidy classroom and following rules of sanitation.
You will also get the opportunity to work collaboratively with our wonderful team of Teachers and Director.
Qualifications
Early childhood Degree or 3+ years of experience working with early childhood is preferred
Good Organizational skills
Able to communicate with a variety of people--children and adults
Willingness to learn and grow
Need to work well with Peers
Has an open heart and desire to learn and grow
