Preschool Teacher

Our mission:

St. Peter Catholic School, grounded in Catholic Tradition, forms students into critical thinkers, virtuous leaders, and living saints.

We are seeking a full-time Preschool Lead Teacher for Summer 2024. Candidates who are asked to interview will also be considered for 2024-2025 school year positions, if interested.

Wage starts at $22 per hour, to increase commensurate with experience

The ideal candidate will:

• support the mission of Catholic education
• manage a respectful and positive classroom learning environment
• communicate effectively with parents on child progress
• be a highly-motivated professional willing to grow in knowledge of best practices in early childhood education
• demonstrate a willingness to work constructively with colleagues and parents as part of a collaborative team
• have 2+ years experience working with preschool students
• have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate's degree
• have CPR/First Aid certification
