Bethlehem Academy, a 6-12 Catholic High School, is seeking candidates for the Head of School position.

Located in Faribault, Minnesota (approximately 35 miles south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area), Bethlehem Academy educates approximately 250 students in grades 6-12 in a strong college preparatory and general education curriculum. Founded in 1865 by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, the school offers a rich history filled with tradition and strong community support.
Position Highlights:
- Provides organizational leadership and fosters a supportive catholic school environment for students and staff.
- Visible leader of the school, building relationships with various stakeholders to promote and advance the mission of the school.
- Develops a comprehensive approach to constituent relationships, strategic partnerships, and fundraising.
- Responsible for finance, budget, HR functions, and staff development. Oversees all operations for the school.
- Oversight of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional practices to ensure high academic standards. Ensure academic programs meet accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Practicing Catholic with a deep understanding and commitment to Catholic teachings
- Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field
- Extensive experience in leadership, preferably in a similar administrative leadership role
