Director of Discipleship and Evangelization (DDE)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to serves as the Director of Discipleship and Evangelization. This role will involve leading and implementing strategies for fostering spiritual growth, discipleship and evangelization within our Parish and School Community. Essential functions include (not limited to):

Develops and directs the parish discipleship mission and formation activities of the parish with focus on Sacrament Preparation, youth formation and adult formation.

Develops and implements an integrated approach to faith formation considering all parishioners and multiple delivery platforms.

Work with Pastor and parish staff team to invigorate and ignite the faith of Jesus Christ for generations to come.

Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in discipleship and evangelization ministry.

- Strong understanding of Catholic theology and teachings.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals.

- Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

- Membership in good standing with a Catholic faith community.

- Available Evenings and Weekends

- Onsite
