Description

  • Keeping tasks, schedules, and priorities in order.
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Efficiently manage one’s own time and the Pastor’s schedule.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Event Planning and scheduling are complete.

 

Qualifications

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensure no conflicts, maintain the Pastor’s calendar.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Pastor, and staff/ parishioners through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate needed anointing’s
  • Schedule requested for appointments
  • Create and complete Rental Agreements
  • Liability waivers complete
  • Maintain church scheduling calendar, to include all events on campus.
  • Funeral planning with families is complete and thorough
  • Maintain Wedding scheduling and files
  • Schedule and manage paperwork for Baptisms.
