Lunchroom Food Prep & Server – 2026-2027 School Year

Good Shepherd School is seeking an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our school lunch program! This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient lunch experience for our students while supporting the mission of our Catholic school community.

The Lunchroom Food Prep & Server supports the daily preparation and service of nutritious meals, helping foster a positive and organized lunch environment for students. This individual works closely with staff and volunteers to ensure meals are served safely, efficiently, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the daily and monthly menu
• Set up, maintain, and clean food service areas
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed
• Support smooth and efficient lunch line operations
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup
• Collaborate with school staff, volunteers, and student helpers
• Step in to support additional needs as they arise
