Description
Cana Family Institute (CFI) is a national independent, lay-driven organization established in the Archdiocese of St Paul and Minneapolis in 2012. We currently attract, form and launch Cana missionary teams to serve our partner parish, school and diocesan leaders in eight dioceses across the country. Cana Missionary Leaders serve hundreds of families annually helping them to grow and flourish in Christ and His Church.

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing leadership and direction in alignment with the implementation and ongoing refresh of the Strategic Plan set by the Board of Directors to carry forward the mission of CFI. The ED has primary responsibility for:
1) Oversee and manage all mission-aligned organizations and program-related partnerships.
2) Lead, coach, and develop organizational leaders by ensuring ongoing formation and training.
3) Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
4) Secure resources to support the organizational mission and vision in conjunction with the Board of Directors and staff.
5) Provide daily administration and financial oversight.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree with business, management or leadership focus, preferred.
- Demonstrated fundraising experience.
- Demonstrated ability in fiscal and human resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through adversity and maintain stability and a strong mission-driven culture.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written as well as public speaking.
- Experience in a non-profit organization preferred.
