Full-Time Communications Coordinator/Admin Support

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Publish weekly communication medias for our parish; bulletin, website, Facebook, worship aids, and as required
  • Lead social media strategy and efforts for parish (in coordination with school) to ensure consistent quality, message, and delivery.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials for parish
  • Manage and maintain Sacramental Records
  • Act as Safe Environment Coordinator for Parish, maintain OPCY records for parish volunteers
  • Maintain and update Parish Census database (ParishSoft Family Suite)
  • Assist with scheduling of Liturgical Ministers

Job Qualifications: 4-year college degree * Experience with graphic and layout design * Must have experience developing and implementing social media strategy * Excellent listening and oral/written communications skills * Demonstrable computer proficiency in Adobe, Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), photo editing and other graphic tools * Prior experience in a not or profit preferred
