Job Description

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church is seeking a faithful, experienced and highly skilled school Co-principal to co-lead our K-8 elementary school and serve as Principal of our 6-8 middle school.   Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Direct responsibility as principal of middle school grades 6-8
  • Co-supervision of the school personnel (staff, students and volunteers)
  • Co- direct school programs
  • Co-manage the day to day operations (academics and activities)
  • Co- manage the school finances and budget
  • Co-manage the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Promote the school
  • Guide future growth

 

Qualifications: The successful candidate will establish, demonstrate, and promote the highest standards of excellence in Catholic identity, academics, and organizational leadership. Additional requirements include:

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic
  • Deep commitment to the importance and mission of Catholic
  • Master’s degree in Catholic School Leadership or its
  • School Administrator’s
  • Minimum of three years administrative experience in Catholic
  • Demonstrated success in teaching, administration and supervision with the ability to work collegially with faculty, parents and the parish
  • Excellent organizational, communication, budgetary and management
  • Commitment to education of the whole child: mind, body and
