Temporary Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for temporary (January – March 2020) administrative functions within the Catholic Services Appeal Foundation office.
Duties and responsibilities would include:
1. Answer incoming phone calls and questions and be the first contact that
constituents have with the CSAF offices.
2. Assist Development Assistant with receiving, sorting, and entry of daily mail.
3. Assist Development Assistant in the sorting of mail by gift types.
4. Run ten key tape on all batches with the dollar amount and the item count on tape.
5. Utilize the Raiser’s Edge system to answer questions.
6. Data entry as needed.
7. Basic demographic changes in RE.
8. Assist with mailing preparation and putting together of mailings within the office.
9. Assist with miscellaneous duties as needed.
