Degree, Major License, Appropriate credentials/licensing in MN.
Exhibit competence in instructional methods and knowledge of subject matter being taught.
Knowledge and support of Catholic school mission and philosophy
Demonstrate evidence of good classroom management techniques.
Ability to work together and maintain collegial atmosphere in and out of the classroom.
Active, knowledgeable and supportive of Catholic faith and ability to witness your faith in the community.
Ability to demonstrate or willingness to learn technology skills as the position demands. Prepare and execute comprehensive lessons for distance learning as needed and/or required for student learning during Covid.

(parent conferences, calendars, newsletters, etc.) a) Communicate directly with parents whenever a professional concern arises. b) Fully utilize standard reporting procedures as established by school (regarding academics, behavior, socialization, etc.) 7) Participate fully in all educational opportunities and school events, other appropriate student activities and grade level responsibilities, and assigned extra-curricular activities for efficient and safe operation of the school.
