Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Minister to join our growing parish cluster, Ss. Peter & Paul and St. Thomas the Apostle, in the northwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our youth, helping them grow in faith, community, and personal development. Several excellent programs have already been established, so we are looking to expand outreach to our youth. Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic with a joyful and contagious faith life.
- A deep understanding of Catholic teachings and the ability to communicate them effectively to young people.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for mentoring youth.
- Experience in youth ministry or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to engage with diverse groups.
- Microsoft Office experience.
