Toddler Teacher – Full Time

St. Therese Early Learning Center in Deephaven, MN. is in search of a joyful, energetic toddler teacher or assistant teacher to work in a nature based, play based program. A St. Therese Early Learning Center teacher is responsible for creating a positive learning environment where students grow cognitively, physically, spiritually and emotionally.  Toddler teachers will work cooperatively with the directors and other staff members to provide for an efficient, safe and effective environment for children in keeping with the mission of the organization.

The ideal candidate for this position recognizes the value of learning through play and has a passion for working with toddlers, demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to tend to individual children while also supervising the group, and appreciates community and collaboration. A successful record of classroom management and experience and a solid foundation in the Catholic faith are key.

Must meet DHS requirements for assistant teacher or teacher.  AA or BA in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred.
