We are seeking a full-time Student Support Specialist for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students in our Preschool-8th Grade school community, in alignment with our partnership with Phoenix School Counseling (All behavior is communication!) and the teachings of our Catholic faith tradition (We are made in the image and likeness of God!)

Pay Range: Starts at $30 per hour and increases commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

- support the mission of Catholic education

- cultivate habits of virtue in students they support

- recognize the God-given dignity of each student and love the work of helping them unlock their potential

- have 2+ years of experience working with preschool, elementary and/or middle grades children

- have received training in basic behavioral intervention and willing to receive additional training upon hiring

- be an organized, highly-motivated and relentlessly curious professional

- work constructively with colleagues as part of a dynamic, collaborative team
