Spanish Teacher Full time

Our new Spanish teacher will

• Contribute to our safe, loving, faith-filled environment where each child is known and treated as an image of God
• Maintain high academic standards, while challenging each student to always do their best
• Engage students and foster a love for Spanish
• Have skills in the area of technology to utilize online curricular resources 
• Be knowledgeable and passionate about the Spanish language
• Instill strong character, Catholic values, and a love for learning
• Be committed to continually developing skills and improving as a teacher
• Partner with our parents and other staff members to ensure the success of each student
• Honor and support school initiatives, administrative decisions, the vision of our archdiocese, and the Catholic Church
• Take pride in their job as a Catholic school teacher

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of a BA or BS degree, current MN teaching license is preferred

• Exhibit competence in instructional methods and knowledge of subject and curriculum relevant to the position

• A practicing Catholic, passionate about his or her faith

• Demonstrate evidence of good classroom management techniques

• The ability to develop and maintain a positive relationship with colleagues, parents, administration, and students

• Experience with technology in the classroom, Interactive White Boards, iPad, MacBook

• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion with administration, students, staff, and parents
