Description
Saint John the Baptist Catholic School is looking for an individual to work with and support teachers and students in the 3rd and 4th grade classrooms. This individual would provide instructional and non-instructional support to the students and teachers. The paraprofessional would help to create an effective classroom through the use of classroom management skills while working with large groups, small groups, or individual students as directed by the teachers. This individual would assist with the organization and preparation of materials.

Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic (preferred)
- Past classroom experience
- Ability to manage and maintain a classroom of students effectively
- Ability to work collegially with others
- Ability to work with/without supervision
- Willingness to learn and implement new educational strategies
- Willingness to take direction from principal and classroom teachers
- Exhibit dependability and orderliness
- Demonstrate trust and confidentiality
