Description
The School Office Administrator oversees the school office and provides support to facilitate the creation of an intentionally inviting environment. This person will work school faculty, staff, and administration to ensure the school runs smoothly in a variety of areas. As a school, the Office Administrator must be able to manage the change process, ambiguity, and certain levels of uncertainty in a positive and productive manner. The School Office Administrator works closely with the school leadership to assist with the development and implementation of processes, data, information systems, and programs, as well as be the friendly face and voice to the public.
Duties and responsibilities include: administrative operations, support to school leadership and staff, record keeping, communications, and community relations.

Credible witness to the Catholic faith
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Friendly and personable with others
Confident, competent, and open to new learning
Comfort with Google, Microsoft Office, database management, and willing to learn new data management systems
