Description
Position Summary
The School Care Lead & Building Enrichment Assistant supports the School Care Director in overseeing daily School Care operations, guiding staff, and coordinating engaging student activities. During the school day, this position assists with supervision at lunch and recess, provides general support throughout the building, and helps ensure a positive experience for students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support School Care staff and daily programming for students (K–6).
- Supervise students in after school care, lunch, and recess settings.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and staff.
- Assist with planning and organizing full-day and summer care activities.
- Provide additional building support as directed by the School Care Director or Principal.

- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or camp setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
