St. Bridget Catholic Community is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Principal to lead our fully accredited PreK–8 school in River Falls, Wisconsin. We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and a vibrant school community.

Salary range from $70k-80K

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong spiritual and instructional leadership for students, faculty, and staff
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Support the integration of technology into the curriculum
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, parishioners, and the wider community
• Oversee day-to-day school operations in collaboration with the parish leadership

Qualifications:

• Active, practicing Catholic who is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education
• Holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration
• Minimum of three years of experience in education
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Possesses a forward-thinking vision for curriculum development, student achievement, and community service
