Preschool Teacher Assistant, M, W, and F (full day)

Mary Queen of Peace school is seeking a part-time Preschool Teacher Assistant in our licensed preschool program. The days include M, W and F (8:00-2:45)  We are looking for someone to provide support to the Lead Preschool Teacher and preschool students in fostering a warm, loving, atmosphere and classroom supportive of our Catholic Mission. At Mary Queen of Peace School we aim to help all of our students be good, faithful, and productive citizens and even more importantly to know and love Jesus Christ.

Responsibility includes direction and overall supervision of a group of preschool children. 

High School diploma or associate degree.

Performs activities that ensure the safety, involvement, and creativity of each individual in the group.

Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to build relationships with school age children.

Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

The Preschool Assistant teacher works with the Lead Teacher to support the full development ages 3-5 and the parents we serve. 

Pay: 20.00/hourly,
