Part-time Art Teacher

St. Timothy's Catholic School in Maple Lake, Minnesota is now accepting applications for a K-5th grade part-time Art teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  The candidate should have previous Catholic school teaching experience or the equivalent (training/experience in a like environment). 

We are a Catholic School supported by a vibrant community of families who are committed to Catholic identity, academic excellence, character development, and spiritual formation.

This position includes teaching 12 ½ hour classes (each grade meeting twice per week).  Optional add-on duties  could lengthen the total hours  (we are willing to combine this position with other jobs we are advertising). 

Qualifications 

• An appreciation of and ability to teach multiple art genres (even sculpting) with a Catholic perspective
• Be an actively practicing Catholic contributing to the faith community of Saint Timothy's

Duties

• provide direct  instruction to the Kindergarten-5th grade students
• collaborate with classroom teachers to contribute to overall classroom goals
