Description
Hill-Murray School seeks a dedicated Office of Student Life Coordinator to oversee the multi-functional role of the Office of Student Life, including all aspects of attendance, support for tier one discipline, and general clerical support to the Principal and Assistant Principal.

Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Student Accountability - Oversee all aspects of student attendance, including reporting and tier one interventions.
Discipline & Student Behavior Support - maintain student discipline records and provide record-keeping support to the Assistant Principal. Provide tier one support for discipline issues.
Student Services & Office Operations - manage student locker assignments, parking passes, and student ID photos. Provide in-person support to students or teachers who come to the Office of Student Life for assistance.
Event & Program Coordination- assist in planning and implementing student life events such as business days, teacher workshops, student of the month, awards, and graduation ceremonies.
Administrative & Policy Support - provide support to the Assistant Principal and Principal as relates to managing the functions of the Office of Student Life. Assist in the annual review of the Student/Parent Handbook.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Desired Skill Sets:
- Organization and time management
- Interpersonal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability, the ability to manage fast fast-paced environment
- Experience with student information systems is a plus
- Proficient in basic technology, such as Google Workspace or Office 365
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding student information
- Self-sufficient; takes initiative and displays problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and appearance; capacity to work well with students, guests, vendors, and co-workers
- Punctual, reliable
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
