Description
St. Peter Catholic School is searching for a part-time Nursing Assistant to begin in late August for the 2025-2026 school year. The position will be four days a week 9:00 am - 4:15 pm. Candidates should be experienced in handling emergency procedures, CPR certified (or be willing to become certified), have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with working with ill children and administering medications according to School District Nursing policies.
Qualifications
Candidates must be:
- Experienced in responding to emergency situations and able to act with wisdom, confidence, and compassion,
- Be CPR and First Aid certified (or be willing to become certified),
- Possess excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written word and email,
- Be familiar with working with ill and injured children and able to administer medications according to school district nursing policies.
- Be compassionate, kind, supportive, calm, and joy-filled in day-to-day school situations.
