Nicollet Lunchroom Manager

Blessed Trinity Catholic School is seeking a Lunchroom Manager for the Nicollet Campus.  The Nicollet Lunchroom Manager operates the kitchen and food service each day during the school year. 

Responsibilities include:

- the service of meals for our  4th grade students daily - plating and tracking of hot lunch food and preparation of cold breakfast materials catered to campus daily

- coordinating volunteers to support daily lunch service

- maintaining food service standards and documentation

- working with school and parish staff to coordinate use of shared space

Prior experience is preferred, but not required.  A Minnesota Food Manager Certificate is required, but support for this training is available.  The schedule is during school lunch hours, typically 4.5 - 5 hours daily between 8:00  - 1:00 on school days.
