Middle School Math – Long-Term Substitute Teacher – August 2025

Visitation School is seeking a full-time Long-term Substitute Teacher for our Middle School Math department (Grades 6-8) for the beginning of the 2025-26 school year: August 25-November 25, with the possibility of starting a week earlier so as to best prepare.

Visitation is an independent Catholic day school with a culture permeated by Salesian Spirituality. We offer a unique combination of learning experiences with a co-ed Lower School (Montessori preschool through grade 5), an all-girls Middle School (grades 6-8), and an all-girls Upper School (grades 9-12). The ideal candidate for this role:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Math-related field with three to five years of teaching experience is required. A Master’s degree, prior teaching experience in an independent school, and knowledge of adolescent development preferred.

Salary Range:  $40,200 - $99,533 based on degree, teaching experience and the established salary schedule.
