Long-Term Substitute, Gym Teacher

Full-Time, Temporary, Long Term, Gym Substitute (no benefits). Work schedule to follow that set by the school. Your work year concludes June 5, 2026.

Starts March 23 with the potential to lead to FT Gym teacher for the following school year.

1. BA/BS degree in education or related area.
2. Preferred current State of Minnesota Teaching License
3. Appropriate educational experience.
4. Active, practicing Catholic.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and administration.
6. Demonstrated ability to make decisions.
7. Demonstrated ability to work without supervision.
8. Demonstrated ability to learn and implement “best practice” educational strategies.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage students effectively.
10. Demonstrated ability to take direction from the administrators and effectively implement new programs, processes and procedures as directed.
11. Complete background check successfully and Virtus training, sign Code of Conduct document.
