Long Term Sub 3rd Grade or First Grade Teacher

St. Stephen’s Catholic School in Anoka is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher Long Term Sub Nov.- Feb. or First Grade Teacher Long Term Sub Feb.-May to join our faculty during the 2025–2026 academic year. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and implementing engaging, standards-based lessons in all core subject areas.
• Integrating faith and Catholic values throughout the curriculum and daily classroom life.
• Collaborating with faculty and staff to support student growth and school community.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
• Participating in school events, liturgies, and professional development.
• Be present and ready to work on time for all scheduled hours.
• Must be detailed oriented and organized

• A practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification (or willingness to obtain appropriate certification).
• Previous teaching experience in a Catholic or classical educational setting preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a Christ-centered and nurturing classroom environment.
